TRUE NORTH is based on 22 years of experience as a director, filmmaker & storyteller. On over 300 interviews conducted. On my love of communication & my belief in the possibility of change.
Methodologically, I am guided by insights from communication psychology, transactional analysis and the "hero's journey" discovered by Joseph Campbell.
My trainings range from systemic coach, trainer & change manager to narrative coaching, systemic self-integration & PERMA Lead Coach certification.
Orientation & Direction
My North Star reflects my story. The love of ADVENTURE drove me around the world & to ethnological exploration of foreign cultures. My CREATIVITY & PASSION for communication & film made me a director & filmmaker. The joy of MOTIVATION enables me to support people to find their way & come into action.
In the outer ring are my Cliffton Strength strengths, which I return to again and again in everyday life, in order to come into action joyfully & decisively.
